1. What we store

Your account identity, projects, uploaded references and sources, generations and their creative context, credit ledger entries, and subscription records. Filenames are hashed in operational logs; full file contents are stored only in your workspace storage.

2. Processors

Generation and storage run on Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, Speech). Payments are processed by Paystack as merchant of record. Queues and caches run on managed Redis. Authentication uses Google OAuth.

3. Retention

Finished assets are kept while referenced by your projects, brand kit, or versions. Abandoned uploads expire after 24 hours; stale unreferenced assets expire after 90 days. You can export your data from Settings and delete your workspace at any time, which removes projects, assets, generations, and local file copies.

4. Your rights

Export your workspace data or delete your workspace from Settings at any time. For corrections or questions, contact the workspace operator.
