1. What we store

Your account identity, projects, uploaded references and sources, generations and their creative context, credit ledger entries, and subscription records. Filenames are hashed in operational logs; full file contents are stored only in your workspace storage.

2. Processors

Generation and storage run on Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, Speech). Payments are processed by Paystack as merchant of record: your billing email, charge amount, and transaction reference are shared with Paystack to complete payment, and card details are entered on Paystack's checkout and never touch our servers. Queues and caches run on managed Redis. Authentication uses Google OAuth.

3. Model usage data

We record aggregate usage for each model we run: the studio, the model, and counts of generations, completions, and downloads. We publish those totals on our public Data page. That page never includes your name, workspace, prompts, uploads, outputs, or per-generation history.

Free models are offered in exchange for feedback. When you generate with a free model, the prompt and the resulting output may be shared with that model's provider to improve the model. Paid models are not shared this way. Choose a paid model if you do not want free-model data used for that purpose.

If you connect your own provider API key (“bring your own key”), the key is stored encrypted, used only to call that provider on your behalf, never shown back to the browser, and never included in a data export. Disconnecting a provider deletes the stored key.

4. Retention

Finished assets are kept while referenced by your projects, brand kit, or versions. Abandoned uploads expire after 24 hours; stale unreferenced assets expire after 90 days. You can export your data from Settings and delete your workspace at any time, which removes projects, assets, generations, and local file copies. Billing and payment-attempt records are retained for accounting and dispute handling.
