Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. These terms cover VEHAUSE Studio.

1. The service

VEHAUSE Studio is a house of studios, each generating videos and images from your briefs, references, and brand context. Outputs are AI-generated. Trial outputs are for evaluation only unless stated otherwise.

Free models are offered in exchange for feedback: their prompts and results may be used by the model provider to improve the model. Paid models are not shared this way. We also publish aggregate usage counts (studio, model, generations, completions, and downloads) on our Data page; those totals never identify you or include your content.

You may connect your own provider API key. You are responsible for that provider's terms and any charges it applies; VEHAUSE does not spend credits on generations that run on your own key. Keep your key valid and revoke it with the provider if it is exposed.

2. Subscriptions and credits

• Paid plans grant a monthly credit allowance. Unused allowance expires at the end of each billing cycle and does not roll over.
• Top-up packs add credits that survive cycle renewals but expire when your subscription ends.
• Annual plans bill once per year at the advertised rate with the same monthly allowance.
• Every generation shows its credit cost before it runs. Failed generations release reserved credits automatically.
• Plan and top-up prices are listed before payment-processor fees. Paystack adds its transaction fee at checkout and shows the final charge before you pay; the estimate in the billing dialog is indicative.
• Cancel anytime from Billing. Cancellation ends your plan immediately: any remaining allowance and top-up credits expire with it.

3. Commercial use

Content you create on any paid plan is yours to use commercially, including client work and advertising. Free or trial outputs are for evaluation only unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds

Contact support within 7 days of purchase for a refund of unused credits. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Subscription renewals are non-refundable once the new cycle's allowance has been granted. Approved refunds return the plan or top-up amount to the original payment method; payment-processor fees are non-recoverable and excluded.

5. Acceptable use

You must not generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or sexually explicit involving real people, nor attempt to access other workspaces' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
