Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026. These terms cover the VEHAUSE Studio beta.

1. The service

VEHAUSE Studio generates brand ads and videos from your briefs, references, and brand context. Outputs are AI-generated and may be labeled as test or mock output while the service is in beta.

2. Subscriptions and credits

• Paid plans grant a monthly credit allowance. Unused allowance expires at the end of each billing cycle and does not roll over.
• Top-up packs add credits that survive cycle renewals but expire when your subscription ends.
• Annual plans bill once per year at the advertised rate with the same monthly allowance.
• Every generation shows its credit cost before it runs. Failed generations release reserved credits automatically.

3. Commercial use

Content you create on any paid plan is yours to use commercially, including client work and advertising. Free or trial outputs are for evaluation only unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds

Contact support within 7 days of purchase for a refund of unused credits. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Subscription renewals are non-refundable once the new cycle's allowance has been granted.

5. Acceptable use

You must not generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or sexually explicit involving real people, nor attempt to access other workspaces' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
